Henbit: Lamium amplexicaule
Square stems, circular to heart-shaped leaves. This is
commonly confused with Purple or Red Dednettle (Lamium
purpureum). However, purple deadnettle has upper leaves that are triangular and are distinctly red- or purple-tinted, unlike the upper leaves of
henbit.
